The 15-minute problem

Your patients forget most of what you tell them before they reach the car park. A 15-minute appointment is enough for a prescription, not for a root cause. The patient app picks up where the appointment ends: a daily plan, an explanation behind every recommendation, and a live link back to the clinic — without adding to your staff’s workload.

Two-minute onboarding

The doctor taps "Send app" during the visit. An SMS with a short link arrives. The patient enters their phone number, receives a one-time code, and they are in. No passwords, no app store, no IT department.

A calm daily timeline

Every morning the patient opens "Today": a short list of cards timed to their day. Morning medication, a walk after lunch, dinner before eight, blood pressure on Wednesday. One tap to mark done. Doctor-placed cards are locked and labelled "verified by doctor."

Glass Box, not vibes

Every recommendation has a "Why?" button. The patient sees where it came from, what data it rests on, what is uncertain, and what would change it. Deterministic rules first, plain-language explanation second. No black-box guessing.

Safety that does not sleep

A patient types "chest pain." A deterministic filter in three languages catches it before the AI is called. The AI is never invoked. The patient sees immediate safety steps. A task lands in the support queue within seconds. Medication dosage advice without a doctor’s order is blocked at every layer.

Real data between visits

Blood pressure, weight, waist, glucose — logged as a time series, not once a quarter. A daily check-in captures mood, energy, sleep, and hunger in four taps. Your clinicians see everything in real time on their screen.

One system, two screens

Nobody enters anything twice, because there is no second system to enter it into. The patient's phone and your clinic screen are one and the same system. What the clinician saves, the patient sees; what the patient logs, the clinician sees. Every improvement to the system reaches the patient on its own.

Google shows you everything that COULD be true, which usually just adds anxiety. We work the other way round: several specialised AI agents go through your data and argue with each other.

A theory that does not fit your labs and your lifestyle gets dropped. What you get is not a list of probabilities but the one explanation left standing.

No. The app helps you understand and remember, but it does not prescribe. Medications, lab interpretation, treatment plans — those are your treating physician's decisions. The app helps you carry out what they prescribed.

Standard AI predicts the next word — that is why it guesses. Ours is a Glass Box built on formal logic.

A recommendation only reaches you after we try to refute it: if the theory conflicts with even one of your data points, the system drops it. Open the "Why?" drawer and you can see which theories we rejected, and on what grounds.

Our most important rule: truth over having an answer.

If the AI agents refute all available theories, or two theories are equally likely, the system stops and tells you honestly what is missing: "We cannot distinguish Theory A from Theory B yet. We need you to track your blood pressure for 24 hours to find the answer."

We do not guess with your health — we acknowledge uncertainty and tell you how to resolve it.

The app is for planned monitoring, not for emergencies. In an emergency, call your local emergency number. If you type something like "chest pain," a deterministic filter catches it before the AI is called.

The model is never invoked. You see specific first-aid steps, and a task lands in the support queue within seconds.

Data is stored encrypted and access-controlled. Your medical information and your identity are separated — even inside the system, the link between them is protected. The action log cannot be modified or deleted.

Account deletion on request. We do not hold data hostage.

Partially. Your daily timeline is preloaded and opens with no connection. Check-marks go out as soon as you are back online. The AI needs the internet.

Wearables are coming later. For now, measurements are entered by hand: blood pressure, weight, waist, glucose, and wellbeing.
